Eugenie Kelly-Riggle

Eugenie Marjorie Kelly-Riggle was a very special woman and deeply loved. She led a full life and is greatly missed by her four children, her step son, her four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, as well as her husband of 37 years and other family members.
