I am taking on the Glasgow Kiltwalk in loving memory of my friend's son Robbie McDonald, who passed away at Strathcarron Hospice. After a incredibly difficult period of waiting for the right support, Strathcarron provided Robbie with the peaceful, dignified end-of-life care he deserved and offered our family invaluable support during our toughest time. It costs the hospice over £19,000 every single day to provide these specialist services free of charge, and they rely on donations for over 60% of their funding.
