This year, the S6 Pupil Support team is taking on the EMF Hairy Haggis Team Relay to raise funds for Strathcarron Hospice. This run is incredibly close to our hearts as we dedicate our miles to our dear colleague and friend, Gary Balfour.

Gary was a true ray of sunshine who left a lasting impact on everyone he met. Known for his kindness, his caring nature, and his tireless work ethic, Gary had the ability to light up any room he walked into. Gary worked closely with our ASC pupils, where his patience and dedication to the pupils were unmatched. He saw the potential in every young person and worked with a heart full of compassion every single day.

When Gary needed support, Strathcarron Hospice was there for him, providing the same level of extraordinary care that Gary gave to his pupils. We want to honor his memory by raising funds for Strathcarron who looked after him so well. Any donation you can give will help Strathcarron continue to provide this essential care to other families in their time of need. Gary made our school a brighter place and we hope to do him proud.
