Family and friends of Anna Walker mark the anniversary of her passing with Pay For A Day

On this day, Monday 9th March 2026, on the first anniversary of her passing, all our services in the Hospice and across the local community are being paid for from funds raised by the family and friends of Anna Walker in her memory.

Anna's family - mum Debby, dad Andrew and brother Ross - said: "We are forever grateful for the care and love shown by the team at Strathcarron to Anna. She was looked after in the hospice as well as during a period of two weeks at home, before going back to Strathcarron. Everyone who was involved in Anna's medical and nursing care went above and beyond to ensure she was looked after, we were supported and that her time left with us was as precious as possible."

We would like to thank the family and friends for their kindness and generosity in raising an incredible £ 33,322 in support of Strathcarron Hospice.
