Strathcarron supports #NoWrongPath Week "My current role is still about making an impact on our local communities, just in a different context." As teenagers across our community receive their exam results this week, some may feel disheartened by their results or current circumstances. We want to remind young people there is #NoWrongPath Many people in interesting job roles may not have taken a straight, obvious or traditional path to get there. No Wrong Path Sandra, one of our Hospice Physiotherapists, shares her varied career path: "My current role is still about making an impact on our local communities, just in a different context. When I left school I worked in a bank for four years but realised this was not going to be a career for me. I joined the Police force where I worked for 30 years, then when I left the Police I joined the Hospice. I have loved every minute of it! I am delighted to work here – it has been the best job I have done in my life. The reward you get from helping people is second to none. We visit patients at home and find out more about them, their needs and goals to see where we can help them achieve them regardless of where they are on their journey.” Interested in working with us?
